The future of cocktail mixtures is here. Monsieur is a machine that was funded through kick-starter and now it has become the real deal. Just select the drink you want and the machine does the rest. The machine was the I idea of Barry Givens and Eric Williams who went to Georgia Tech. The machine has started to make its debut in some Atlanta restaurants.
